Great Jungle Journey VBS Promo

Just wrapped animation on this next VBS promo for 2024. Had a couple weeks to put this together. Fun project and opportunity like always. Click below to watch!

For production, this year’s promo was a healthy challenge. We had some art assets created beforehand, but no time for a full production of characters or sets. So, I tried to keep the narrative simple - our boat captain leading the kids down the river, while using stock video assets, I believe we were able to tell the story of the promo well in the time we had.

In the end, it was decided that our initial VO would need to be swapped for a new voice and the whole lipsync had to be re-animated after launch! A wild process, but the final version has a better energy to it.
